Ahead of the Tuesday patch Microsoft rolling out an update for the Windows 10 users. Since it is cumulative update then of course it don’t bring any new features and improvements but do include some performance improvements and general bug fixes.
The Windows 10 Creators Update branch users will see build KB4022716 (15063.447) as the update. Initially the update was available for the Windows Insider in the Slow Ring but as Windows Insider Program head Dona Sarkar pointed out the update also made available for the Production Ring users. As per the official change-log of the build 15063.447 it bring tons of improvements and fixes. They have addressed several issues and resolved them.
Specifically they improved the performance of the Microsoft Edge. They also fixed the high memory usage for the Camera app, which reduces battery life. Furthermore they also fixed many network connection related bugs.
Here take a note that the update is only available for the PCs; no new build for the mobile devices. Additionally, Anniversary update users are also getting an update. They are receiving Windows 10 build 14393.1378 with many fixes and enhancements. And Windows 10 version 1511 and the original release version are also receiving Cumulative update. And in case if you missed it Microsoft now preparing for the next major update of Windows 10. The new update is packs with the tons of new features and so many changes and improvements.
